Decrease of the apartment's prices

According to the Goverment Decision for correction of the VAT from 18% to 5%, the apartment's prices are decreased, accordingly.

Beginning of construction works for new residential building 5.17 in Kisela Voda

In June offically started construction works for the building 5.17, design by STUDIO 2000 and construction by BORTAS. This is new residential building 5.17 in Rasadnik, municipality of Kisela Voda, nearby the existing building 5.20, 5.21 and 5.18 designed and completly constructed by BORTAS. Finishing deadline is September, 2010.
